1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale”.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
• Returned items without prior authorization.

3. Return Process

• Contact us at mnjsolutionco@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
• Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the address.
• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

• Check your bank or PayPal account after 3–5 business days.
• Contact your payment provider if necessary.
• If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at mnjsolutionco@outlook.com.
